I’m really excited for next week — Midnight Hill will be at the first-ever [Stavanger Filmfestival](https://www.stavangerfilmfestival.no/), happening 12–15. March right here in town. This brand-new festival marks a big moment for Stavanger, bringing film lovers together for screenings, conversations and shared cinematic experiences that celebrate stories from near and far. After spending many years abroad in the US, it’s been great to come back home to Stavanger, and the warmth and support I’ve felt from so many filmmakers and creatives here has been really meaningful. It’s reminded me how special it is to be part of a film community that’s curious, open and full of energy. If you’re attending the festival, let’s grab a coffee and catch up! I’d love to hear what you’re watching, what you’re working on, or just share thoughts about filmmaking and creativity. [Drop a message here,](https://midnighthill.no/contact)send me an SMS or find me around the festival venues — I’ll be around soaking up all the film vibes.
