We work with productions coming into Norway, Norwegian projects building funding and reporting structures, and teams operating across international workflows. Our role is to bring practical control to the moving parts so production can keep momentum.   ## How We Work ### Hands-on, responsive, and production-minded We believe production support should feel clear, useful, and dependable. That means thinking ahead, solving quickly, and staying close to the details that affect schedule, budget, logistics, and execution. Every production is different. Some projects need full local support. Others need targeted help with planning, permits, reporting, or coordination. We shape our role around what the production actually needs. ### Leadership Midnight Hill is led by professionals with experience spanning Norwegian production environments, US production company workflows, and international film and television coordination.
